Quinoa, Chia,  Jamco banilla smoothie


-20g of quinoa

-5g of chia

-50g of peanut butter

-50g of blueberries

-50g of kale

-50g of Jamco Banilla spread

-200ml of milk

-honey (optional)

Whizz quinoa, chia, peanut butter, blueberries, kale, Jamco banilla spread and milk together in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
