Veg, fruits, Jamco banana smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

-50g of Jamco banana spread

 

-50g of peanut butter

 

-50g of raspberries

 

-50g of cucumber

 

-50g of papaya

 

-200ml of milk

 

-honey (optional)

 

Whizz raspberries, peanut butter, cucumber, papaya, Jamco banana spread and milk together in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
