Green veggies, Jamco banana smoothie


  • 50g of kale
  • 50g of broccoli
  • 50g of asparagus
  • 230ml of almond milk
  • 50g of peanut butter
  • 50g of Jamco banana spread
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey (optional)


Whizz kale, broccoli, asparagus, almond milk, peanut butter and Jamco banana spread together in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
