Dark fruits, Jamco banana smoothie


  • 50g of blackberries
  • 50g of blueberries
  • 50g of blackcurrants
  • 50g of peanut butter
  • 50g of Jamco banana spread
  • 200ml of almond milk
  • 50g of cottage cheese
  • Honey (optional) 

Whizz blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, almond milk, peanut butter, cottage cheese and Jamco banana spread together in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
