Banana crêpe


  • 250g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 litre of milk
  • 70g butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 Jamco banana & raspberry jar
  • 100g of sugar or liquid honey pot
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Raspberries
  • Fresh menthe

Making the dough

Place the flour in a bowl, add the eggs, add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil. Mix well before diluting with milk. Let stand for half an hour at least, if possible.

Making the crêpes

Oil the pan with a clean cloth between each crêpe.

Enjoying your Banana crêpe wrapped with Jamco banana & raspberry spread

In an hot fry pan put some butter, add a banana and some cinnamon. Leave it until the banana has a brownish colour. In a plate spread some Jamco banana & raspberry spread on the crêpe, add the banana and roll the crêpe. Cut in half and hold them with a tick. Finally, scatter the raspberries ( you can chose other fruits) and fresh menthe, spread some ice sugar on them.

**Note** After having spread some Jamco banana & raspberry spread, you can add whipped cream or chocolate syrup then roll the crêpes.
